Hi, I’m Tes! Thank you for taking an interest in my work and hiring me for my services. In order to proceed, let’s go over a few details on my creative process and how I work:

◾ All payments must be done only via Paypal;◾ A PayPal service fee will be charged at the end of the commission;◾ Before I start working on your commission, 50% of the payment must be done upfront. The rest of the payment will be done upon your approval of the sketch. If preferred, you can transfer 100% of the payment before the commission has started;◾ No commission is refundable;◾ Please note, I won’t take any commissions with the following topics: anything that offends religion, race, sexuality, gender or human rights. I also don’t copy other art;◾ The standart canvas size is A4 210mm x 297mm (approximately 8.27″ × 11.69″), 300 DPI. If necessary or preferred, we can discuss other canvas sizes;◾ I have the right to refuse requests that go against my Dos and Don’ts, or other offensive content that wasn’t previously discussed, if necessary;◾ The deadline for delivering the sketch ranges from 3 days to two weeks;◾ You will be updated with previews during the 2D or 3D art process, you can message me during that period anytime you find necessary;◾ You are entitled to 2 free modifications during the sketch, lineart or flat color phases. Any further changes will be charged and the corresponding fee must be transferred before said changes are made;◾ The colors must be approved and/or modified while still in their flat phase (without rendering - lighting or shadows);◾ An additional fee will be charged for characters, backgrounds, objects or other heavily detailed additions;◾ NSFW (18+) commissions will only be made for adults, a photo of your ID may be required.◾ Any significant alterations, such as completely changing the original idea, theme or composition of the art piece after the lineart phase, changing all colors or hatching, are configured as a new commission. If any of those changes are required, to continue the project, a new quote and payment will be made. If a new agreement isn’t reached, the service will be considered finished and only the already developed parts will be delivered. Please remember that my commissions aren’t refundable;◾ The use of my artwork for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited unless you pay for it previously. Feel free to use your commission as you wish, provided it doesn't violate my rights as the artist;◾ Upon paying the first installment (50% of the quoted value), you hereby acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the terms of service as previously explained.
